Returns Policy

Delivery

Goods are delivered via our couriers and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

A delivery charge of £5.95 plus VAT will be charged on all orders. Orders over £100 but heavier than 20kg may be subject to a delivery surcharge.
It is our company policy to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However embroidered clothing and personalised items may take up 5-7 working days during busy periods.

Special delivery arrangements can be made for Saturday or next day delivery, but an additional charge would be payable. Please contact us for details.
The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.
You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Product Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by GasFM, you should telephone our help desk on 0800 690 6404. You can return any item for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.
Cancellation of Order

You may return carriage paid any product to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
All returns must be authorised before despatch by telephoning our help desk on 0800 690 6404 when we will issue a Returns Authorisation number and address to return the product to.

GasFM cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way.

Force Majeure

GasFM will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that www.gasfm.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of GasFM.
Risk and Ownership

The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with GasFM until payment for the goods are received in full.
Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint submitted to us.
