A pack containing an air duster spray, smoke detector spray, carbon monoxide test spray and the required certificates for the testing  of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to show compliance with "The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) regulations 2015" An inspection is required at the beginning of a new tenancy in rental properties and recommended at least annually in all domestic properties.
Supplied in triplicate NCR pads allowing each party to keep a copy of the test results for future reference.
