This Chimney/Flue, Fireplace and Hearth Commissioning Pad meets the requirements of Approved Document ‘J’ of the Building Regulations (England and Wales), which requires that when registered gas engineers install new open-flues, fireplaces or hearths, or modify existing chimney/flue systems, so that the gas user is provided with a certificate detailing the work carried out.

50 sets per book with white top copy and a yellow bottom copy.
